1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Item must not be listed as a Final Sale or Non-Returnable product.
2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (spices, masalas, food items)
- Downloadable digital products
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g. water filters, food strainers)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Custom / engraved / personalized products
3 How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email support@spiceandmaple.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason.
Get Approval
We'll review and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely. Include the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Ship to the address provided.
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

- Original Payment Method: Credited within 3–5 business days after return is received.
